1) Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email, password, billing and payment details, support requests, and any images you upload to generate animated videos (the "Content").

Automatically collected: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, language, referring URLs, pages viewed, time and date, and similar diagnostics.

From third parties: payment processors, analytics providers, fraud-prevention partners—combined with other data we hold about you.

2) How We Use Personal Data

We use data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services (including our credit system and image-to-video processing features);
• Process transactions and provide support;
• Personalise features and understand usage;
• Ensure security, prevent fraud/abuse, and debug;
• Send service messages and (where lawful) marketing;
• Comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases (UK/EU): performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security, service improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligations.

3) Location of Processing & International Transfers

We may process data in the UK and other countries. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK Addendum/International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), plus supplementary measures where appropriate.

We retain personal data as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate and legal purposes (e.g., record-keeping, dispute resolution). Generated videos may be deleted automatically after a short period unless you actively save them—see your account or product settings for retention options.

Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed by their privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect data (including encryption in transit). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11) Interactive Areas

Public forums or feedback areas may be visible to others. Avoid sharing sensitive personal data there. You can request removal by contacting info@animateshots.com (backups or caching may persist for a time).

12) Do Not Track

We currently do not respond to DNT signals. Use our cookie controls and your browser settings instead.
