Credits & Service Terms

1) Credits & Access

• You may purchase credit packs to generate videos through AnimateShots.
• Credits are deducted per generated video or API call as specified at purchase.
• Credits are non-transferable and (unless required by law) non-refundable once used or after any stated refund window.

2) Licence to Use the Service Output

Subject to these terms and your compliance with law, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the processed video output of your own input content. We do not claim ownership of your original images or your processed videos.

3) Your Content & Restrictions

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and process the images. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content that violates privacy or publicity rights. You may not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful material.

4) Prohibited Uses

• No use that violates laws or third-party rights;
• No attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or replicate proprietary models or systems;
• No use of our Service outputs to train AI/ML models without our prior written consent.

5) "Editorial Use Only" (Not Applicable)

AnimateShots is a processing service, not a stock-content provider. We do not supply "editorial use only" content.

6) Subcontractors & Processing

We may use subprocessors to provide the Service (hosting, processing, support). We remain responsible for their performance.

7) Disclaimers & Warranties

We provide the Service "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that results will meet your requirements.

8) Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or misuse. Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the greater of £100 or the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, and excludes indirect or consequential losses.

9) Data Protection

We act as processor when processing your personal data contained in images at your instruction and as controller for account/billing data. International transfers use appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK IDTA/EU SCCs). See our Privacy Policy for details.

10) Term, Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risks to security, law, or third-party rights. Upon termination, unused credits may expire subject to applicable law and any specific credit terms displayed at purchase.

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing law: England and Wales. Courts: London, UK. Alternatively, we may agree in writing to arbitration.

12) Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Terms of Use and any order/checkout terms, form the entire agreement for credits and service use.
